Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
- Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
- Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System

- Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
- Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
- Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
- Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
- Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
- Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
- Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external customers
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail in work
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good planning and resources management
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Proficient with Port of Singapore Authority Portnet and Haulier Community System will be an added advantage
- PC literate and proficient in MS office Excel and Outlook
- Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for driver
