Supporting senior leaders within the CRO organisation
In this position, you will work in Retail Operations (CRO), assisting senior stakeholders in a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. You will be communicating with colleagues across different teams and departments, as well as across levels and countries. More specifically, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting senior stakeholders’ calendars and booking meetings for them
  • Planning travels and doing expense reimbursements
  • Assisting on various HR related projects, like supporting with onboarding activities in Retail Operations
  • Support with digital updates on our teamsite
  • Collaborating and coordinating with other Executive Assistants
  • Various ad-hoc tasks

If you enjoy communicating with many different stakeholders across levels and teams, you may be the person we’re looking for. You pay attention to the details, and you feel confident working with different tasks at once. You are structured, independent and have the courage to handle any challenge you may meet. You have a positive energy and a good situational awareness.

Additionally, we hope that you can demonstrate:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong coordination and organisation skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven and service-oriented mindset

Your new team
You will be part of the wider Retail Operations organization, working closely with, and reporting to, the Executive Assistant who supports the CRO.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
In order to apply for this position, you need to be currently enrolled in a Danish University.
