Your contribution will be
- Overseeing all financial and administrative functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely financial reporting
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems for administration and financial support services and human resource management
- Ensuring that the office runs smoothly by implementing efficient time management concepts and reducing the waste of valuable resources
- Supporting the Sanctuary Manager by controlling and filing invoices, and monthly statements, ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner, and budget planning
- Maintaining employee profiles in the HR Tool and supporting with salary-related topics in the Salary Calculator
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance & administration, human resources, or management
- Relevant experience in finance and administration
- Very strong Ukrainian skills, both written and spoken
- English language skills are a plus
- Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS values and issues
