Resource Management - Management of Sector staffing matters. Conduct Performance Review Sector FM Supervisors / Engineers / Technicians.
- Operation Management - Senior Manager on day to day operation of the Sector accounts, solution(s) technical, engineering, energy management
- Quality Control Management and Standards Compliance - Support Senior Manager to ensure quality of service is maintained aligning to IMS and BCM requirements.
- Process orientated and to observe end to end process
- Establish Standard Operating Procedure, for operation functionality
- Audit Readiness - Facilitate Control Review, periodic basis
- Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for Sector teams
- Knowledge Management - Plan and conduct regular training to ensure updated working knowledge for the Ops staffs, proactive role as Trainer
- Workplace Health and Safety (WHSC) Motivate department staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment.
- Vendor Performance Assessment Review (KPI) - Administer Vendor deliverable qualities.
- Manage customers’ expectation and contract deliverables; conduct customer survey (CSAT) periodic basis as planned activity.
- Customer Engagement - Establish rapport with customers for long term customer relationship.
- Provide support to Ops / Site Teams for any emergency situation / recovery process.
- Ensure continuous site improvements in areas of M&E Infrastructure, green initiatives and operational processes.
- Conduct regular review of technical refresh for all sector’s customers.
- Attend transition meeting and prepare Introduction Presentation for new contract customer together with Contract team.
Monitoring and Control Management: responsible to ensure mandatory activities / tasks are being delivered within stipulated timeline / key milestones
- Managed the Financial Sales Targets
- Meet delivery schedules in data uploading as prescribed by our client and in-house process
- Take ownership of deliverables produced and quality control management; Control of Quality of Engineering documents with regards to Quality Assurance basis
- Drive FM / Operations Cost Saving Initiatives
- To review and validate the Lifecycle replacement programme for all M&E equipment/system, business continuance and service restoration strategies, create opportunities and assist accountable to meet sales revenue targets
- Ability to travel overseas and to expand business portfolios
- Any other duties assigned by Manager

Salary: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
