Admin Officer [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Management of General Operations including Admin, Purchasing and General Services Department
  • Make sure that Targets of People Are being delivered on a daily basis
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years of Related Experience
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Can Start ASAP
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
